This page explains what Glass Slipper Pictures ("we" or "us") collects when you use our pages, sign up for a training, book a call or buy from us, and what we do with it. We never sell your personal information.
What you give us: your name, email, mobile number, and your answers to our forms, like your role in film and where your project is.
What you buy: what you bought and when. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Payment plans are handled by Affirm. We never see or store your full card number.
Calls you book: the time of your call, and notes or a recording from it.
How you use our pages: the pages you visit, the ad or link you came from, and basic device info. We use cookies and the Meta pixel for this.
Our live trainings: whether you joined on Zoom and how long you stayed.
To send your ticket, join link, replay, receipts and reminders.
To set up, hold and follow up on calls you book with our team.
To tell you about upcoming trainings and programs, if you agreed to hear from us.
To make our trainings, pages and ads better.
To follow the law and protect our business.
Calls with our team may be recorded and turned into notes, so we remember your project and can train our team. We'll tell you at the start of the call. If you don't want to be recorded, say so and we'll turn it off. You can still have the call.
We only text you if you checked a box agreeing to it. You can agree to reminder texts, marketing texts, or both. You never have to agree to texts to buy anything.
Up to 20 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop getting them. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Mobile numbers are never shared or sold. We do not share your mobile number or your text opt-in with anyone else for their marketing. Text opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
Carriers are not responsible for late or undelivered messages.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it any time and we'll stop.

Only the companies that help us run our trainings, and only what they need: GoHighLevel (our contact system, emails and texts), Zoom (live trainings), Stripe and Affirm (payments), Google (calendar for booked calls), Fathom (call notes and recordings), Meta (ad measurement) and Zapier (connecting our tools). We may also share information if the law requires it, or if our business is sold or merged.
We use trusted services and limit who on our team can see your information. No system is perfect, so we can't promise it will never be breached. If a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Our pages link to other sites, like IMDb, Instagram, Zoom and our payment pages. Their own privacy rules apply there, not ours.
As long as we need it to serve you, run our business and follow the law. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless the law says we must keep it, like payment records.
You can ask to see, fix or delete your information, or ask us to stop sharing it for ads, at any time. Email [email protected]. If you live in California or another state with privacy laws, you have those rights too, and we will never treat you differently for using them.
